Hard Candy is good for you! Okay, maybe not exactly a health food, but certainly a better choice than a lot of other snack foods on the market. Our candies contain NO hydrogenated oils, NO saturated fat, NO cholesterol, and NO, or very minimal sodium. We do use corn syrup, but NOT the high-fructose variety which you've read about. All of our candies are fat-free except for a few flavors which contain cream or butter. One serving of our candy consists of approximately 3 pieces and has only about 60 calories (plus takes a long time to eat). Compare these numbers with other common snack foods such as soda pop, cookies, chips, candy bars, and crackers, and you will be pleasantly surprised!

The Simon's® label is our original candy line, started in 1949. Actually, the first products were handmade, elaborately decorated chocolate items such as a 10-pound Easter Bunny (!).
